TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESPONSELOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where ResponseLoop is incorporated.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
